We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of receipt for all products that meet the following requirements:

Item must be in new/unused condition
Item must be in original unopened packaging

Salt City Drums reserves the right to refuse or charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned item not meeting the above requirements.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the returned item is an incorrect shipment or a defective item.

Non-returnable Items:

Drumheads - if they have been seated
Special orders
Discontinued products, closeouts, or used products
Earphones, headphones, or hearing protection

Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days and applied to original form of payment, or in store credit.

Items returned as part of a promotional shipping offer will be refunded item price minus the cost of shipping.
